Community and Stadium Solutions understand the need to deliver early efficiencies to validate the project's work. In addition, we want to develop an approach that can be successfully mainstreamed nationally. Above all, we want to highlight the collective ability of the partnership to find new and better ways of doing things and to underline the necessity, when assessing community needs and the availability of resources, of looking at the totalityof public spending and the outcomes in any given area.

- Establishing governance and engagement and enrolment of partners, stakeholders and service users
- Organisation of projects as true community partnerships, with considerable input from each partner agency
- Establishing how we make representative, collective decisions
- Defining methodology, including change management and social marketing research
