Project Management
In many of its projects Community and Stadium Solutions acts as client's representative responsible for managing a range of projects on behalf of the partnership. With established project management skills and broad know-how of community issues Community and Stadium Solutions project managers are capable of managing the process and as consultants on the content. In our role as client representative, Community and Stadium Solutions reports directly to the partnership board.
The client representative is responsible for managing community projects on behalf of the partnership, client using values-led project management methodology and by managing on the following aspects:
- (T) Time , realising the projects within the deadline set
- (M) Money, realising the projects within budget
- (Q) Quality, realising the projects with the agreed performance
- (O) Organisation, defining the tasks, responsibilities and authorities of those involved in the projects
- (I) Information, defining who will get which information
To this end Community and Stadium Solutions will prepare project plans, setup the project organisation and prepare a project information plan upon start of the project. At the end of each phase the client will receive a project management report, describing the results of the previous phase and the activities for the next project phase. This report will serve as a decision document for the partnership to embark on the next phase of the programme.
