Community and Stadium Solutions was founded to challenge the traditional management approach to the development of multi-outcome partnership community projects, which often neglect to examine the principles and values by which the development partnership will work. All too often this leads to partners taking up entrenched views, undermining the partnership and ultimately risking the success of the project.

Starting from initial concept development the experts of Community and Stadium Solutions are capable of guiding you through the entire project development process, ensuring that multi-outcome community projects sensitively address complex local issues and deliver a fulfilling service experience". A values-led approach to community partnership development has been demonstrated to be inclusive, effective, achieves project completion on time and on budget.

In more than twenty years of experience in the sports and community development industry, Steve Bradshaw has been involved in numerous community and facility projects across England and more latterly, international programmes. These programmes include football, sports, community, education and health projects.

Steve heads up a team of expert colleagues in partnership development (process, values and principles), project feasibility (including the key drivers for each of the key partners), project finance, business planning, programming and leadership training.
