Community and Stadium Solutions (CASS) is an independent consultancy offering a full range of services for the planning, development, operation and management of community and sports projects. Both stadium 'capital' projects and values-led partnership programmes, including the training and development of key staff fall within the skill-set of CASS.

Our mission statement is to "assist our clients in developing multi-outcome community projects that address complex local issues and offer a fulfilling service delivery experience". Starting from initial concept development the experts of Community and Stadium Solutions are capable of guiding you through the entire project development process, up to and including project management services.

CASS has pioneered a values-led approach to community partnership development, which has been demonstrated to be inclusive, effective and achieves project completion on time and on budget. The key, in developing sustainable programmes with credible community benefit, is the ability to translate partners’ aspirations and shared vision into a series of projects agreed and championed by all partners.

CASS was founded by Steve Bradshaw, who has more than twenty years of experience in the sports and community development industry and has been involved in numerous community and facility projects across England and more latterly, internationally including football, sports, community, education and health programmes.
